NGASA PEDALS FORMULA

HALL SENSORS

The Load cell signal is sampled at 16bit. This accentuates the feel and modulation of the brake pedal in order to perform Trail Braking at best. Throttle and Clutch pedals have been equipped with hall sensors; this increases the reliability because unlike potentiometers there are no moving parts, so it’s wear free. Hall analogue signal is digitalized at 12bit in order to maximize axis resolution and increase the modulation and the precision of the pedal

LOAD CELL

The Load cell simulates the effect of the braking force as close as possible to a real brake pedal. Real vehicle deceleration depends on the pressure of the braking system which is proportional to the force applied to the pedals.

CBF SYSTEM

The CBF system is an innovative mechanism fully developed by 3DRap meant to highlight the feel of the throttle and the clutch pedals. CBF allows to simulate the feel of multiple types of vehicles:

• Vintage: it simulates the throttle and clutch actuation mechanism of 1970s and 1980s vehicles in which the pedals used a mechanical control system.
• Modern: it simulates the pedals of modern cars in which the connection between the pedal and the throttle body is of the drive by wire type or with a hydraulic system in the case of the clutch.

The CBF system allows to customize the feel of the pedals thanks to the “cam profile” design; it is possible to test different cams, each one with a diverse feel according to their distinct profiles.

FORMULA BASE

The NGASA F1 Base offers a realistic and complete experience for Simdrivers who prefer Formula cars.

The Base allows you to mount 2 pedals, Accelerator and Brake, on a structure with a central axis and side wings, which exactly recreates the internal structure of the pedals of a racing car.

Our Base allows you to slide the pedals along the two axes, to customize their position.

The included heel pads make the experience even more realistic, immersive and allow for maximum performance.

AKINA HANDBRAKE

AKINA is the handbrake of the series of professional products for Sim Racing designed by 3DRap.
Built in brushed steel cut with a fiber optic laser, and composed of a mechanism made with a computerized numerical control machine.

Handle covered in alcantara-like, with handcrafted seams. Made in Italy.

• Vertical handbrake: this setup allows you to simulate a drift or rally car vertical handbrake.
• Horizontal handbrake: this setup allows you to use a classical horizontal handbrake.

DMF SYSTEM (Dual Mechanical Feeling)

3DRap presents for the first time the DMF system: two different feelings in one gaming peripheral. Few steps will allow you to experience a hydraulic-like behavior or a conventional-like feeling; in other words, it will be possible to switch easily between a drifting masterpiece or a conventional car.

DEF SYSTEM (Dual Electronic Feeling)

DEF is an innovative system made by 3DRap which allows you to modify the signal response of Akina hydraulic handbrake. You can choose between two switch positions:

• “Non-linear” position, if you are going to drive a drift or rally car;
• “Linear position”, if you’re going to drive a conventional car.

You can also customize your configuration by combining this feature to the mechanical regulation system; in this way you can experience a lot of new multiple setups and simulate the car that you prefer.

PIKES SEQUENTIAL SHIFTER

PIKES is the shifter of the series of professional products for Sim Racing designed by 3DRap.

Pikes sequential shifter exalts the gear shifting feeling by using an innovative system developed by 3DRap: MES system.
MES consists in 4 magnets, one spring and two cams; magnets attractive force and spring action results in a realistic lever feeling which reproduces the gear engagement dynamics of a sequential shifter.

Built in brushed steel cut with a fiber optic laser, and composed of a mechanism made with a computerized numerical control machine.
