CAMMUS CP5 Throttle/Brake Pedal MOD PRO Kit (PC)

The “CAMMUS CP5 Throttle/Brake PRO Kit” is a MOD that improves the experience of using these axes thanks to the study of the related kinematics developed by 3DRap. The coupling with radial bearing, the traction spring with stratified filling and the customized profile rail, offer the opportunity to radically change the character of the throttle and brake pedals.

The track provided within the kit has a dual profile:
• Vintage: suitable for Rally and Drift;
• Modern: suitable for GT and Formula cars.

The throttle pedal is designed to optimize the throttle operations for all type of vehicles. The mod is engineered to reproduce the proper force modulation to improve the pedal behaviour for both partialization and full throttle operations. This is possible thanks to shape of the force curve. The force curve increases at the beginning to provide the right feeling during throttle modulation while it is flattened at the end to improve the comfort reducing the foot effort in full throttle.

The brake pedal is engineered to accurately reproduce the three main braking operations: bite, modulation, trail braking. In this way it is possible to improve the braking feeling for every type of racing car ranging from the formula to the GT.

Vintage to Modern configuration: use the plug and play switch to modify the pedal behaviour.

Force setting: increase the pedal force switching from “Medium” to “Hard” setting.

Note: to take full advantage of the range of use of the signal it may be necessary to perform an axis calibration procedure.

Il “CAMMUS CP5 Throttle/Brake PRO Kit” è una MOD che migliora l’esperienza di utilizzo di questi pedali grazie allo studio della relativa cinematica sviluppata da 3DRap. L’accoppiamento con cuscinetto radiale, la molla di trazione e la guida a profilo personalizzato, offrono l’opportunità di cambiare radicalmente il carattere dei pedali dell’acceleratore e del freno.

La camma fornita all’interno del kit ha un doppio profilo:
• Vintage: adatto per Rally e Drift;
• Moderno: adatto per vetture GT e Formula.

Il pedale dell’acceleratore è progettato per ottimizzare le operazioni dell’acceleratore per tutti i tipi di veicoli. La mod è progettata per riprodurre la corretta modulazione della forza per migliorare il comportamento del pedale sia per la parzializzazione che per le operazioni a tutto gas. Ciò è possibile grazie alla forma della curva di forza. La curva di forza aumenta all’inizio per fornire il giusto feeling durante la modulazione dell’acceleratore mentre si appiattisce alla fine per migliorare il comfort riducendo lo sforzo del piede a tutto gas.

Il pedale del freno è progettato per riprodurre fedelmente le tre principali operazioni di frenata: mordente, modulazione, frenata su pista. In questo modo è possibile migliorare il feeling in frenata per ogni tipologia di vettura da competizione spaziando dalla formula alla GT.

Configurazione da vintage a moderna: utilizza l’interruttore plug and play per modificare il comportamento del pedale.

Impostazione della forza: aumenta la forza del pedale passando dall’impostazione “Medium” a “Hard”.

Nota: per sfruttare appieno il range di utilizzo del segnale potrebbe essere necessario effettuare una procedura di calibrazione dell’asse.
