What happens if I am not present when the courier arrives?

The courier will leave you a notice of non-delivery with a phone number to contact to arrange a new delivery.

Notice to customers: During the holiday period from December 20, 2024 to January 3, 2025, order processing and parcel shipping will be delayed due to heavy courier usage, our staff's holidays and reduced working hours.
We ask our customers for a little more patience and an energetic return to racing :)
