Can I cancel my order?

If you had already paid for the order online and it has not yet been shipped, we will refund the total amount. If you have already received the product, you can contact us via chat, email or ticket. If the order has already been sent, you can reject the shipment when the courier will deliver and in this case we will only refund the cost of the products purchased without the Shipping fees.
